Attorney Esthus Amos of Philadelphia; deadbeat Daddy

The state of Maryland presented Esthus Christopher Amos with a law license in 2008 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Esthus guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to pay child support arrearage
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Negligence led to client’s lawsuit being dismissed
• Failed to communicate with client
• Failed to keep client advised of status of legal matter
• Failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Esthus!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Esthus by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. November 2017) Esthus practices at 306 East Meehan Avenue in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
