Attorney Cheryl Henderson of College Park, MD; greedy repeater

The state of Maryland presented Cheryl Chapman Henderson with a law license in 1974 after she graduated from George Washington University Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Cheryl guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Cheryl named herself and her legal assistant as beneficiaries of IRAs, annuities and other benefits of a client’s estate to whom she was not related.

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Cheryl’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. She previously received a complimentary reprimand for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Cheryl by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. July 2017) Cheryl practices with Cheryl Chapman Henderson LLC at 4920 Niagara Road in College Park, Maryland.
