Attorney Thomas O’Toole of Baltimore, MD; tax scofflaw

The state of District of Columbia provided Thomas O’Toole with a law license in 1989. after she graduated from Antioch University Law School.

The D.C. Court of Appeals found Tommy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Tommy willfully failed to file his own individual federal and state income tax return forms over the course of three consecutive years.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the D.C. Court of Appeals punished Tommy by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.   

As we speak (ca. March 2017), Tommy practices with Baroody & O’Toole at 201 North Charles Street in Baltimore, Maryland.
