Attorney Richard Lynas of Middle River, MD; ethical dwarf

The state of Maryland presented Richard V. Lynas with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from the University of Baltimore Law School.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dick failed to disclose the identity of the person who signed a Circuit Court pleading for a litigant and for failing to correct his initial position that he was unsure of the signer.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Judicial Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
