The state of Maryland presented David S. Ostrow with a law license in 1982 after he graduated from Rutgers University Law School.

In one matter, Dave decided to show his support for convicted Attorney Perv Tony Sangiamo York, Pennsylvania by employing him. A story detailing Tony the Perv’s egregious misconduct can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

In his statement in support of the Perv that he submitted to the Disciplinary Board, Dave had the chutzpah to vote to reinstate Tony’s law license.

What kind of morals and ethics does one need to possess to voluntarily employ a convicted Pervert and then submit a statement to assist the Perv in having his law license reinstated?

Hopefully, Tony the Perv reimbursed Dave for the cost he incurred in purchasing a pair of Industrial Strength Knee Pads prior to genuflecting on Tony’s behalf.
