Attorney Timothy Fox of Baltimore; ethical gremlin

The state of Maryland presented Timothy Fox with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from Ohio Northern University Law School. Timmy also received a law license from Colorado in 1975, Minnesota and North Dakota in 1990, and Ohio in 1970.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Timmy found it acceptable to notarize a General Durable Power of Attorney and Designation of Guardian for an elderly client, known to Timmy from a prior representation, without personally witnessing the client’s signature.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. October 2015) Timmy practices at 32 Stoneridge Court in Baltimore, Maryland.
