The state of Maryland presented Dawn A. Nee with a law license in 1977.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel (ODC) found Dawn guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Dawn created her own mediation services to be performed outside of her employment with the firm. In doing so, she used the firm’s malpractice policy information without the firm’s knowledge, in order to offer such services as a court-appointed mediator.

As a consequence of her misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme punished Dawn by gifting her with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. September 2015) Dawn practices with the Law Office of Dawn A. Nee LLC in Manchester, Maryland.
