Attorney Anthony Graham Sr. of Largo, MD; ethical gremlin

The District of Columbia presented Anthony Graham Sr. with a law license in 1990.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Tony guilty of the following misconduct.

• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly notify third party of receipt of funds in which the party had an interest
• Failed to deliver funds to party entitled to receive same
• Failed to maintain client funds in designated trust or escrow account
• Improperly deposited client funds into firm’s operating account
• Failed to notify medical provider of his receipt of funds

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the DC Court of Appeals punished Tony by gifting him with a complimentary censure. 

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Tony practices with Smith Graham & Crump LLC at 9701 Apollo Drive in Largo, Maryland.
