Attorney Claude Allen of Gaithersburg, MD; convicted thief

The State of Maryland presented Claude A. Allen with a law license in 1992.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Allen guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Claude was arrested in Montgomery County, and pled guilty to misdemeanor theft of property. On at least three occasions, Claude was engaged in a fraudulent return scheme to deprive a retail store of its property.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maryland Supreme Court punished Claude by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. October 2014), Claude practices at with The Allen Group LLC at 20203 Goshen Road in Gaithersburg, Maryland.
