Attorney Merritt Heminway of Portland, ME; moronic loser

The state of Maine presented Merritt T. Heminway with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Maine Law School. 

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers of the found Merritt guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to provide competent representation (Moron)
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Merritt by gifting him with a complimentary warning.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Merritt practices with the Heminway & Hamlen Law Center PA at 22 Monument Square in Portland, Maine.
