Attorney Kevin Joyce of Farmington, ME; ethical gremlin

The state of Maine presented Kevin M. Joyce with a law license in 1995 after he graduated from the State University of New York at Buffalo Law School. 

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers of the found Kevin guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Improper termination of representation of client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Judicial Court punished Kevin by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. June 2015) Kevin practices at 480 Clover Mill Road in Farmington, Maine.
