Attorney Bradford Borman of Bangor, ME; ethical dwarf

The state of Maine presented Bradford A. Borman with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University Of Maine Law School.

The Maine Board of Bar Overseers found Brad guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Brad failed to file an affidavit demonstrating that he had notified all relevant parties that he law license had been suspended. In addition, Brad failed to fully cooperate with ethics investigators. In truth, Brad said, Up yours!

As a consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Maine Supreme Court punished Brad by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
