Attorney Houston Aaron of Baton Rouge; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Houston Michael Aaron with a  law license in 1975.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Houston guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to keep client informed of status of legal matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Houston by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Houston.
