Attorney Benjamin Johnson of Donaldsonville, LA; ethical dwarf

The state of Louisiana presented Benjamin L. Johnson with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Benny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a conflict of interest
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Benny by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 6-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Benny.
