Attorney Barry Bolton of Bogalusa, LA; lying loser

The state of Louisiana presented Barry Warries Bolton with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from Southern University Law School.

The Louisiana Attorney Disciplinary Board found Barry guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Barry found it acceptable to making a statement that he absolutely knew to be false or with reckless disregard as to its truth or falsity concerning the integrity of a sitting judge.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Louisiana Supreme Court punished Barry by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.
