Attorney James Murphy of Louisville; habitual drunken loser

The state of Kentucky presented James Kennedy Murphy with a law license in 1993 after he graduated from Washington & Lee University Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy was arrested for aggravated DUI (driving under the influence) due to the fact that he had two (2) prior DUI convictions.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (February 2015), Jimmy practices at 200 South Fifth Street in Louisville, Kentucky.
