The state of Ohio presented Michael William Davis with a law license in 1973 after he graduated from Northern Kentucky University Law School.

The Cincinnati Bar Association found Mike guilty of misconduct.

• Failed to maintain required legal malpractice insurance
• Failed to preserve identify of client funds in client trust account
• Failed to maintain client funds in interest bearing account
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Improperly withdrew representation w/o seeking court approval
• Misconduct involved multiple offenses

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court punished Mike by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. November 2014) Mike practices at 51 Holly Woods Drive in Fort Thomas, Kentucky.
