Attorney Robert Alexander of Glasgow, KY; cheating loser

The state of Kentucky presented Robert M. Alexander with a law license in 1978 after he graduated from the University of Louisville of Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees (cheater)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
