Attorney Brandon Lawrence of Louisville; ethical misfit

The state of Kentucky presented Brandon L. Lawrence with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from the University of Kentucky of Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Brandon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to safeguard client funds
• Made improper cont act with prospective clients
• Failed to comply with client’s repeated requests for information

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Brandon by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
