Attorney Brian Curtis of Louisville; ethical dwarf

The state of Kentucky presented Brian Patrick Curtis with a law license in 1979.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Brian guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Brian!)
• Failed to comply with client’s repeated requests for information
• Failed to refund unearned fee (cheater)

As one would suspect, this wasn’t Brian’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary admonition for engaging in a variety of misconduct.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Brian by gifting him with a complimentary 60-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (June 2014), Brian practices at 101 North 7^th Street in Louisville, Kentucky.
