Attorney Kenneth Bader of Louisville, KY; ethical troll

The state of Kentucky presented Kenneth Joseph Bader with a law license in 1980 after he graduated from the University of Louisville Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Kenny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to appear in court as ordered by Bullitt Circuit Court judge
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Kenny!)
• Failed to file client’s bankruptcy petition in timely manner
• Failed to tell client he wasn’t filing her bankruptcy petition because she had not paid his claimed attorney fees

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Kenny by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.
