Attorney Clinton Hagaman of Covington, KY; lying scammer

The state of Tennessee provided Clinton Eugene Hagaman with a law license in 2002 after he graduated from Stetson University Law School. Clinton also received a license to practice in Ohio in 2012.

The Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility Clint guilty of the following misconduct.

• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonest or misrepresentation
• Prepared letter falsely claiming client paid him $10,000 for representation in felony drug case
• False letter re: $10,000 fee meant to deceive third party into believing that funds had in fact been paid to Clinton

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Tennessee Supreme Court punished Mary by gifting her with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. October 2017) Clint practices at 100 East Rivercenter Blvd in Covington, Kentucky.
