Attorney Daniel Niehaus of Independence, KY; thieving loser

The state of Ohio presented Daniel Alan Niehaus with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from Capitol University Law School in Columbus.

The Disciplinary Counsel has charged Danny with engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Danny!)
• Failed to maintain separate client trust account records
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Misappropriated (stole) at least $11,000 of client funds
• Failed to appear for noticed deposition

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Danny by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Ohio Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. December 2016), Danny practices with Niehaus Law LLC at 2111 Fullmoon Court in Independence, Kentucky.
