Attorney Robert Meredith of Leitchfield, KY; ethical gremlin

The state of Kentucky presented Robert D. Meredith with a law license in 1964 after he graduated from Wayne State University Law School in Detroit, Michigan.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

• Improperly handled probate matters
• Failed to expedite litigation
• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to timely file estate reports with district court
• Consumed 9 years before filing final settlement in estate matter

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Eddy by gifting him with a complimentary 3-year suspension of his law license.
