The state of Kentucky presented Richard Davis Null with a law license in 1998 after he graduated from the Salmon P. Chase Law School.

The Kentucky Bar Association found Dick guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to advise client of status of legal matter
• Declining or terminating representation when required
• Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on Kentucky Supreme Court the punished Dick by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 61-day suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Kentucky Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Dick.
