Attorney Tod Beavers of Des Moines; ethical troll

The state of Iowa presented Tod J. Beavers with a law license in 2005 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Tod guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to prosecute five separate client criminal appeals
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Failed to communicate with client
• Neglected legal matter entrusted to him
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to obey court order

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Tod by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. February 2018), Tod practices with Tod J. Beavers PC at 309 Court Avenue in Des Moines, Iowa.
