Attorney Bob White of Oskaloosa, IA; repeat offender

The state of Iowa presented Bob O. White with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from the University of Iowa Law School.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Bobby guilty of the following misconduct.

Bobby’s 1st bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Neglected filing decedent’s tax return for two years
  • Failure to file tax return led to substantial penalties being imposed

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

Bobby’s 2nd bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree

  • Failed to resolve probate delinquencies
  • Failed to comply with numerous court notices
  • Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up Yours, said Bobby!)

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Bobby by gifting him with a second complimentary reprimand.
