Attorney Paul Bieber of Davenport, IA; convicted felon

The state of Iowa presented Paul J. Bieber of with a law license in 1980.

The Iowa Supreme Court Attorney Disciplinary Board found Paulie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Paulie appeared in the United States District Court for the Southern District of Iowa and, under a plea agreement, pled guilty to misprision of a felony. He was subsequently sentenced to three years of probation and ordered to pay restitution to the lender in the amount of $37,970.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Iowa Supreme Court punished Paulie by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2015), Paulie practices with Gomez May LLP at 2322 East Kimberly Road in Davenport, Iowa.
