Attorney Lindsay Schneider of Indianapolis; serial drunk

The state of Indiana provided Lindsay P. Schneider with a law license in 1979 after he graduated from Indiana University Law School. 

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Lindsay guilty of the following misconduct. 

On January 22, 2014, Lindsay pled guilty to operating a vehicle while intoxicated (DUI). As one would suspect, this wasn’t Lindsay’s first DUI conviction. He was previous convicted of driving under the influence in 1993 and 1998.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Lindsay by gifting him with a complimentary 30-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. January 2015) Lindsay practices at 8042 Westfield Blvd in Indianapolis, Indiana.
