Attorney Lon Bryan of Muncie, IN; druggie, repeat offender

The state of Indiana provided Von Dee Bryan with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

First and foremost, it should be noted that this isn’t Lon’s First bite at the Attorney Misfit Apple Tree. He previously received a complimentary 1-year suspension for engaging in a variety of misconduct, all of which can be found by visiting the URL listed at the end of this article.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Lon guilty of the following misconduct.

• Muncie Police Department’s narcotics unit advised that Lon was using cocaine, dealing cocaine or had taken cocaine as payment for his legal fees
• Informant for narcotics unit allegedly purchased cocaine from Lon
• Refused to provide Supreme Court with any evidence he sought/received drug-related treatment (Screw you, said Lon!)

The only reason Lon wasn’t criminally prosecuted was due to a lack of enough evidence to prove his guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

All that’s left now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Lon by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court.
