Attorney Kimberly Kiner of Michigan City, IN; ethical misfit

The state of Indiana presented Kimberly D. Kiner with a law license in 2010.

The Indiana Attorney Disciplinary Commission found Kimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Up yours, said Kimmy!)

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Kimmy by gifting her with a complimentary 90-day suspension of her law license.

As we speak (ca. September 2017), Kimmy practices with the Law Offices of Kimberly D. Kiner at 2601 East Michigan Blvd in Michigan City, Indiana.
