Attorney Shane Toland of Indianapolis; convicted druggie

The state of Indiana provided Shane Aaron Toland with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Indiana Law School.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Shane guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Shane pled guilty to possession of marijuana. After completing a discharge program and being assessed by a psychologist, the charge was dismissed.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Shane by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.  

As we speak (ca. May 2018) Shane practices with the Toland Law Firm at 7748 Madison Avenue in Indianapolis, Indiana.
