Attorney James Knight of Logansport, IN; convicted wife beater

The state of Indiana presented James Taylor Knight with a law license in 1996 after he graduated from the John Marshall Law School in Chicago.

The Indiana Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Jimmy the Coward was arrested and charged with criminal confinement, a Call D felony, and domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor.

The domestic violence occurred when Jimmy grabbed his wife multiple times by the shirt, causing her to fall to the ground. Jimmy the Humanitarian then slammed her head into a glass door.

As is the case with most Cowardly Wife Beaters, Jimmy subsequently copped a plea and pled guilty to one count of domestic battery.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits and Spousal Abusers sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (ca. March 2016), Jimmy practices at 219 South Fifth Street in Logansport, Indiana.
