Attorney Anthony T. Adolf of Ft. Wayne, IN; serial liar

The state of Indiana presented Anthony Todd Adolf with a law license in 1996.

In 2011, the Indiana Supreme Court Disciplinary Commission charged Tony with the following misconduct:
  1. Failed to act with reasonable diligence and promptness regarding the filing of paperwork in a 2006 bankruptcy case
  2. Documents created in Tony’s office filed in a bankruptcy case contained false representations
  3. Lied multiple times to the court and other people
  4. Concealed evidence
  5. Engaged in conduct involving dishonest, fraud, deceit and misrepresentation
  6. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice (aka, obstruction of justice)
  7. Represented clients with conflicting interests
At one time, Tony represented a couple in a bankruptcy case. When the couple divorced, he represented the husband in the divorce action while continuing to represent the wife in the bankruptcy case. Tony then created a provisional order statement in the divorce action for the wife to sign without the consent or knowledge of her attorney.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Indiana Supreme Court punished Tony by gifting him with a six-month suspension of his law license. This means that Tony will be able to seek out new victims in the Fort Wayne area beginning in October, 2012.

Unless you’re looking for a two-timing attorney that’ll stick it to you while representing someone you have a conflict with, then I’d suggest that after October 2012 that you avoid employing Tony or anyone associated with him.
