Attorney Nathaniel Byrd of Chicago; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Nathaniel Byrd with a law license in 1979.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Nate guilty of the following misconduct.

• Unlawfully possessed a controlled substance
• Neglected two client cases
• Engage in the illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Lied to judge he had registered to practice when he hadn’t

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Nate by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (April 2016), Nate practices at 6850 South Jeffery Blvd in Chicago, Illinois.
