Attorney James Carlson of Wilmette, IL; ethical elf

The state of Illinois presented James Frederick Carlson with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent Law School in Chicago.

The Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected a personal injury matter entrusted to him
• Negligence caused client’s case to be dismissed for want of prosecution

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary censure.

As we speak (ca. November 2014), Jimmy practices with the Law Office of James F. Carlson at 922 Oakwood Avenue in Wilmette, Illinois.
