Attorney Michael Graff of Arlington Heights, IL; lying loser

The state of Illinois presented Michael R. Graf with a law license in 1991 after he graduated from Southern Illinois University School of Law.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Mikey guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Failed to timely file medical malpractice/wrongful death lawsuit on client's behalf 
• Falsely advised clients that he had obtained medical records
• Lied to clients that he had negotiated with medical provider
• Lied to clients that he had consulted with medical experts

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Mikey by gifting him with a complimentary 5-month suspension of his license.

As we speak (ca. September 2020), Mikey practices at 750 West Northwest Highway in Arlington Heights, Illinois.
