Attorney Bryan Bagdady of Oakbrook Terrace, IL; ethical ogre

The state of Wisconsin presented Bryan Robert Bagdady with a law license in 2000 after she graduated from DePaul University School of Law. Bryan also received a law license from Illinois in 1995.

The Office of Disciplinary Counsel found Bryan guilty of engaging in the following misconduct.

• Engaged in a business transaction with his client
• Had his client invest her money in two different ventures in which he had an ownership interest
• Failed to adequately explain to the client that their respective interests were not aligned and that she should consult with an independent attorney regarding the transaction
• The client lost her investment

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the apologists for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Disciplinary Counsel punished Bryan by gifting him with a complimentary 1-year suspension of his law license.

As one would suspect, Bryan fails to mention the misconduct set forth above on his website at www.celsinfo.com. Apparently, Bryan chose to conceal this relevant information from prospective clients for the purpose of not limiting his future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. July 2020), Bryan practices with Corporate & Estate Legal Services Ltd at 17W220 22^nd Street in Oakbrook Terrace, Illinois.
