Attorney Daniel Galivan of LaGrange, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented Daniel G. Galivan with a law license in 1989 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

FYI: John Marshall is ranked as the 166th best law school in the country out of 202 ABA accredited schools.

The Disciplinary Commission found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected criminal cases involving two clients
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Danny!)

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (September 2019), Danny practices with the Law Offices of Daniel Galivan in LaGrange, Illinois.
