Attorney James Fleckles of Lombard, IL; cheating liar

The state of Illinois presented James S. Fleckles with a law license in 2013 after he graduated from Marquette University School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Jimmy guilty of the following misconduct.

• Charged unreasonable fees in another client matter [cheater]
• Made misrepresentations to a tribunal
• Provided a will and a codicil with false attestations with knowledge that the will would be submitted to probate
• Failed to properly supervise office staff
• Knowingly made false statements of material fact to ethics investigators (Screw you, said Craig!)
• Lied to ethics investigators that he had not traveled outside Illinois except to travel to St. Louis in 2015
• Falsely attested to a will and the codicil to said will

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Jimmy by gifting him with a complimentary 6-month suspension of his law license.

As we speak (May 2019), Jimmy practices at 1033 East St. Charles Road in Lombard, Illinois.
