Attorney Steven Bahrmasel of Glencoe, IL; cheater, repeat offender

The state of Illinois presented Steven J. Bahrmasel with a law license in 1971 after he graduated from Chicago-Kent School of Law

The Disciplinary Commission found Stevie guilty of the following misconduct.

Stevie’s 1^st bite at the attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Failed to be candid with clients
• Converted $12,000 in estate matter
• Lied to attorney during course of estate matter

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Stevie by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

Stevie’s 2^nd bite at the attorney Misfit Apple Tree

• Engaged in illegal practice of law while license suspended
• Fraudulent use of the names and attorney IDs of two lawyers while suspended
• Engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud deceit or misrepresentation
• Commingled client funds with personal funds
• Failed to cooperate with ethics investigators (Screw you, said Stevie!)

All that remains now is to see what if any punishment is meted out to Stevie by the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Stevie practices with Kamin and Bahrmasel at 1000 Cherry Tree Lane in Glencoe, Illinois.
