Attorney Daniel Depke of Hull, IL; ethical troll

The state of Illinois presented Daniel Joseph Depke with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from DePaul University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Danny guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected client’s personal injury case in Court of Claims
• Negligence led to client’s case being permanently dismissed
• Failed to advise client about dismissal of his case
• Failed to advise a referring counsel of dismissal of case

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Danny by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (February 2018), Danny practices at 17373 335^th Avenue in Hull, Illinois.
