The state of Illinois presented Susan M. Sitter with a law license in 1975.

The Illinois Registration and Disciplinary Commission found Suzie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Suzie traveled to Peru at the request of and in the company of her sister, Kathy Sitter, and illegally transported cocaine from Peru into the United States.

Kathy's boyfriend, Michael Kendrick, financed the trip to Peru and paid Suzie $10,000.00 for transporting the drugs. Because Suzie testified as a government witness in the case against Mr. Kendrick and his associate, Mr. Maull, she was never charged with any crime or indicted in connection with the trip to Peru.

As a direct consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Suzie by gifting her with a complimentary 1-year suspension of her law license.

As we speak (January 2018), Suzie practices at 17 North State Street in Chicago, Illinois.
