Attorney Herbert Dubrow of Skokie, IL; cheating loser

The state of Illinois presented Herbert B. Dubrow with a law license in 1967 after he graduated from Northern Illinois University Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Herbie guilty of the following misconduct.

• Neglected matters involving several clients
• Failed to seek lawful client objectives through available means
• Failed to promptly pay to client as requested funds he received for payment of costs that he never incurred
• Failed to carry out contracts of employment entered with clients
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Failed to promptly refund unearned fees

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Herbie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Herbie practices at 5236 Monroe Street in Skokie, Illinois.
