Attorney Charles Dobra of Roselle, IL; ethical dwarf

The state of Illinois presented with Charles William Dobra a law license in 1975 after he graduated from the John Marshall School of Law.

The Disciplinary Commission found Charlie guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Charlie failed to conduct formal discovery or properly protect his client by not extending the time in which to conduct discovery in a pending litigation matter. In addition, Charlie did not properly withdraw from that litigation matter involving said client.

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Charlie by gifting him with a complimentary reprimand.

As we speak (November 2016), Charlie practices with Charles Wm. Dobra Ltd. at 675 East Irving Park Road in Roselle, Illinois.
