Attorney Timothy Coffey of Naperville, IL; drunken scofflaw

The state of Illinois presented Timothy John Coffey with a law license in 1994 after he graduated from John Marshall Law School.

The Disciplinary Commission found Timmy guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Timmy was convicted of driving under the influence (DUI), which resulted in the revocation of his driver’s license. Shortly thereafter, Timmy was arrested for driving on a revoked license.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Timmy by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 2-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Timmy.

As we speak (October 2016), Timmy practices with The Coffey Law Office PC at 1805 North Mill Street in Naperville, Illinois.
