The state of Illinois presented Alfred Stanley Dynia with a law license in 2005.

Disciplinary Counsel found Al guilty of the following misconduct.

In one matter, Al mismanaged real estate escrow monies that he was obligated to hold in his client trust account.

As a consequence of his misconduct, the Patron Saints for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court punished Al by gifting him with a complimentary stayed 5-month suspension of his law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Illinois Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful punishment to Al.
