Attorney Bryninn Erickson of Boise, ID; ethical troll

The state of Idaho presented Bryninn Erickson with a law license in 2011 after he graduated from the University of Idaho School of Law.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Bryninn guilty of the following misconduct.

  • Failed to file notice of appearance on client’s behalf in divorce case
  • Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
  • Failed to take any action re: client’s divorce case
  • Failed to respond to client inquiries about status of case
  • Failed to attend pre-trial conference in client’s paternity case
  • Failed to respond to opposing parties’ counterclaim on client’s behalf
  • Failed to appear at client’s arraignment
  • Failed to send letter to client about upcoming eviction
  • Failed to draft complaint to be filed in client’s anticipated consumer protection case
  • Failed to file client’s custody modification petition
  • Failed to act fairly in dealing with opposing party or counsel
  • Failed to timely respond to discovery requests
  • Engaged in a conflict of interest

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the cheerleaders for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Bryninn by gifting him with a complimentary 2-year suspension of his law license effective June 29, 2018.

As we speak (ca. April 2019), Bryninn will resume his practice of law in late May or early June 2020 with The Law Center at 525 West Jefferson Street in Boise, Idaho.

And lastly, as one would suspect, Bryninn makes no mention of his misconduct on his self-serving Real-Estate website at www. www.casaidaho.com. Apparently, Bryninn has decided to conceal this highly relevant information from any prospective clients to not limit his future victim pool and/or anyone in the Boise area seeking to buy or sell a home.
