Attorney Jeremy Featherston of Sandpoint, ID; convicted criminal

The state of Idaho presented Jeremy Paul Featherston with a law license in 2001 after he graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Jerry guilty of the following misconduct.

1. Engaged in conduct adversely reflecting on fitness to practice
2. Engaged in conduct involving fraud, deceit, dishonesty or misrepresentation
3. Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
4. Pled guilty to charge of attempting to destroy or conceal evidence

As a direct consequence of his misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Jerry by gifting him with a complimentary 90-day suspension of his law license.

As we speak (ca. July 2017), Jerry practices with the Featherston Law Firm Chartered at 113 South Second Avenue in Sandpoint, Idaho.
