Attorney Staci Anderson of Coeur d'Alene, ID; moronic loser

The state of Idaho presented Staci Lynn Anderson with a law license in 1991 after she graduated from the University of Idaho Law School.

The Idaho Bar Counsel found Staci guilty of the following misconduct.

• Failed to act with due diligence (slacker)
• Failed to communicate with client
• Engaged in conduct prejudicial to the administration of justice
• Admitted she was not competent to represent client (moron)
• Court prohibited her from examining witnesses at trial
• She was also prohibited from filing any motions with trial court

As a consequence of her misconduct, the enablers for Attorney Misfits sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court punished Staci by gifting her with a complimentary stayed 1-year suspension of her law license.

In truth, the comedians sitting on the Idaho Supreme Court didn’t mete out any meaningful discipline to Staci.

As one would suspect, the Anderson law firm makes absolutely no mention of Staci’s misconduct as aforementioned on its self-serving website at www.cdalawoffice.com.  Apparently, they decided to conceal said facts from prospective clients so as to no limit their future victim pool.

As we speak (ca. February 201) Staci practices with Anderson Palmer George & Walsh, PLLC at 923 North Third Street in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.
